Easy Oven Basmati Rice
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 cups boiling water
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Place rice in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and oil. Add boiling water and cover.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork and season with additional salt to taste.
