Easy Oven Basmati Rice
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cups boiling water
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Place rice in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and oil. Add boiling water and cover.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork and season with additional salt to taste.
