Carrot Cake
 
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 cups grated carrots (about 5-6 carrots)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs directly in the 9x13 inch pan. Add reminder ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes or until middle is firm to the touch.
