Tomato Cream Pasta Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 3 ½ oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or more to taste)
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add tomato paste and stir on a low flame for minutes. Add tomato sauce, sugar, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add dairy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. (You can add more heavy cream if you like the sauce creamier and lighter in color)
