French’s Crunchy Onion Chicken

Quick and easy twist on oven-baked schnitzel.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups French’s Crispy Fried Onions, Original
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
  2. Place Crispy Fried Onions and flour into a plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to a pie plate or waxed paper.
  3. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
