Ingredients
  • Approx 1.5 lbs broiled chicken liver
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • ½ to ¾  cup oil
  • 1 Tbl paprika
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbl ketchup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 45 min or until nice and brown and crispy.
  3. Best served fresh, but can last up to 3 days in your fridge. Enjoy!
