Imitation Cabbage and Noodles

A real Hungarian side dish. It's sacred to serve cabbage and noodles in most Hungarian homes. Not to miss out, here is a version for Pesach too.
Ingredients
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 3-4 Tbsp oil
  • 4 kohlrabi (peeled and shredded)
  • 12 pesach crepe leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the shredded kohlrabi and cook until very soft.
  3. Meanwhile cut the crepes into small squares.
  4. Add to the sautéed onion and kohlrabi. Season with salt and pepper.
