Shnitzel Nuggets
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken cutlets, cut into cubes
BATTER:
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder * The baking powder is optional, but if you use it it add a lot to the batter.
Instructions
  1. Mix the batter ingredients together.
  2. Pat chicken dry and dip into batter. Fry on both sides until golden and ready.
  3. Serve with a dipping sauce.
