Leah’s Brownie Energy Balls
- 1 ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup powdered almond butter (PB2 brand)
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ⅓ - ½ cup cold water
- Blend all together in a food processor.
- Place in fridge for 1 hour. This mixture needs to chill for a bit before being rolled into balls.
- Using damp hands, form into 30 small balls. Keep frozen.
