Leah’s Brownie Energy Balls
 
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup powdered almond butter (PB2 brand)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ⅓ - ½ cup cold water
Instructions
  1. Blend all together in a food processor.
  2. Place in fridge for 1 hour. This mixture needs to chill for a bit before being rolled into balls.
  3. Using damp hands, form into 30 small balls. Keep frozen.
