Mango Sorbet
 
Ingredients
  • 6 chopped fresh mango
  • 1 can regular coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼-1/2 cup sugar or honey or sweetener
Instructions
  1. Add the mango to a food processor with 1 can of regular coconut milk, juice of 1 lime, and ¼-1/2 cup sugar
  2. Blend it up
  3. Freeze in a pan (it will freeze more quickly when it’s flat, and it’s easier to take out during the next step vs. freezing in a container).
  4. Once frozen, add the frozen mixture back into the food processor and blend until slushy.
  5. Now you can freeze it in individual portions/containers, or one big container if you’re going to be scooping. Or, you can freeze the scoops, ready to go!
