Dairy White Chocolate Pretzel Blondies
  • 1 stick (½ cup butter), melted
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) bar dairy white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • For Drizzling, After Baking, Optional Topping: 1 (3.5 ounce) bar dairy white chocolate, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line or grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Note: You can mix all the ingredients in the same bowl you use to melt the butter if you’re using a large enough bowl. You can also mix them all directly in the 9x13 pan.
  1. In a bowl or in the pan, combine butter, oil, and brown sugar. Mix to combine. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. Add flour and salt and mix until combined. Fold in white chocolate.
  2. Meanwhile, add pretzels to a Ziploc bag and give them a few good bangs with a mallet, the bottom of a pot, or anything you have in the kitchen that’s nice and strong. You should end up with a variety of sizes of pretzel crumbs and pretzel pieces. Fold pretzels into batter.
  3. Add batter to prepared baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Drizzle Optional Topping After Baking
