Red Onion Herb Mixture
- 1 bunch parsley (1.13-oz container), large stems removed, chopped
- 1⁄2 large red onion, very finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
