Homemade Mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 2 cups oil
  1. Blend garlic, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor. On a low setting, gradually add oil in a very slow stream, until it emulsifies and mayonnaise forms.
