Cleaning can be easier if you have the right products.
I walked into the Westview Shop, just looking to replace my regular dustpan. I asked a really helpful sales girl for a recommendation and she scooped this one up with such passion that although it was pricey, I knew I had to take it.
Now I’m not one to start loving cleaning products. Not at all. But I have to say I really love this dustpan by Ravmag. Here’s what I noticed right away: I doesn’t leave “a line!” It just gets ALL the dirt the first time. I literally examined it to realize it has a unique rubber edge that suctions to the floor and leaves no gaps for dirt to slip through. Brilliant. Also the height of the stick and the fact that it’s rubber makes it durable and easy to use.
I later went back to purchase the broom that came along with it. I was sure it was going to be good—and it’s true! Here’s what I like.
- It’s rubber, so its durable—no more thinned out shredded bristles. The rubber is easy to clean, won’t lose shape, and will last for years.
- It has a large yet thin head, that covers large areas in less time—yet it can fit into narrow and hard to reach areas.
- It sweeps wet and dry surfaces and can double as a squeegee if needed.
- It’s fun! The kids somehow enjoy sweeping with this broom.
Try it. You won’t go back.
I recommended it to Leah, and here’s what she thought:
Leah: Shaindy told me about the broom, so I got one too. I loved it. It took me a little while to get used to it. It was a little heavier than my regular broom. But I lovved the way it swept on hardwood floor (But not as much as it swept the floors that had lots of grout). The dustpan is definitely life changing!
Here’s a similar type of broom at a lower price.
And while we’re talking about brooms, I also want to tell you about the best mop out there. This is a cross between a Sponja and a mop (so if you usually prefer a shmatte over a broom vs. a traditional mop, this is a good replacement). The microfiber pads come off and go in the washing machine. Own a few and it’s very convenient and easy to wash them.
