Take a walk-through of Chana Esther’s gorgeous gallery with us and get to know Art by Chana Esther here!
Whether you’re currently looking for original artwork for your walls, thinking of an eventual purchase, or just in the ‘looking for fun’ group, you’re going to love browsing ART BY chana esther. Although each and every one of the pieces speak for themselves, we caught up with Chana Esther to get the backstory and some details.
As a child, Chana Esther primarily painted for herself, as a hobby. As a grownup, realizing she could do so much more, Chana Esther pursued art lessons with Chasya Leshinsky, where she slowly began to evolve into the artist she is today. As she began painting more and more the feedback poured in: we want more of this! And that’s how ART BY chana esther as more than just a private passion was born.
Chana Esther uses different mediums for different paintings: using acrylic, watercolor, oil and more. And though her gallery varies, in style and in concepts, the common theme is clear: Chana Esther paints scenes that speak to the beauty of our history and life, for all to enjoy.
Just a few things before we start our gallery ‘walk-through’: if you love a painting but it doesn’t match your home decor, reach out to Chana Esther here to have it remade in custom colors, perfect for you. Also, if you’re not in the market for an original painting right now, Chana Esther’s paintings are available in semi-original (printed on canvas then painted on top to add texture and detail) or printed on canvas for another beautiful option. Okay, let’s go!
The detail on this painting of Migdal David, depicted here in blue and gold and here in a textured style, is incredible. Next, Kever Rochel featured here in gorgeous detail, down to the camels walking in front, Makes me want to go home!
This stunning black and white Shaar Yaafo is the natural entranceway to the next series of paintings, the Kosel. Somehow, the watercolor Kosel featured here makes me feel closer than ever.
The stones, the colors, the people davening, it’s just beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous details in this gold and pink version and this textured blue and purple rendition as well.
Last, for now, is this Children Learning painting, depicting a 1900’s melamed teaching his talmidim. Although it’s showing a time that was so long ago, this painting makes it feel within reach.
