Ease the transition into the chilly season with a pretty sweater or cape that replaces your weekday sweatshirt.
On Shabbos and Yom Tov, we like to have a layer to easily throw on top of our dressier clothing. Something to keep us warm while still maintaining the Shabbos – and shul – spirit. Especially on Yom Kippur, when fasting leaves us feeling a bit chillier than normal (and while shul air conditioning is blasting). And think of those sukkah evenings…
We rounded up something for every member of the family. Some are more formal and some can cross over for everyday wear, while still being classy. Stay cozy!
This one has sleeves!
Does anybody have any idea what size ribbed t-shirts run at?
We (young and old) love love love the “Fluffy Yarn Fleece Jacket” from Uniqlo. Other stores sell similar. It’s soft and warm without a hood to get in the way or mess up hair 🙂 Comes in baby sizes thru adult. And it can be worn weekday as well. Excellent in the Sukka!
Anyone know of any black shabbos jackets out there? (for women)
Just a heads up that the ladies long cardigan from H&M has wool content in it.
