(And it’s pay-what-you-can!) Join Kayla Levin in her mission to help as many Jewish newlyweds avoid common pitfalls and gain the tools and habits for a strong marriage–from the very beginning.
What past participants are saying:
“I function differently after learning the material you’ve taught. I can’t believe I’ve gone my whole life not knowing all this!
I see what a difference it feels like to be in my brain now compared to when we first started, and it’s amazing. You’re right, you can’t ‘unlearn’ this stuff! I hope iyH to take this awareness with me wherever I go, and to only keep growing from it all. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

From Kayla:
Nobody needs to be in crisis mode to start learning how to have a better marriage. As Jews, we strive for greatness in everything we do–why wouldn’t we want to do our best to build a fantastic marriage as well? In First Year Married, we’re giving our marriage the priority it deserves–ESPECIALLY in shana rishona!
Now that hundreds of women have gone through the First Year Married program we’re taking what we’ve learned about how YOU learn best and giving the entire program a full makeover.
Newlyweds will now have access to six newly updated classes, two live Q&A sessions, ten weeks of support, and an amazing interactive community as they learn how to create a strong foundation for an amazing marriage. About The First Year Married Course & Community:
You know it’s important to “invest in your marriage,” but what does that actually look like? In this program, you’ll learn how to be intentional and proactive in how you build your marriage. Here’s a quick overview of the main classes:
Week 1 Master Your Mind
The main tool you have to work on your marriage is your own mind. This class will shift your entire experience of your relationship and help you harness the good to make it even better.
Week 2 Shana Rishona
In this class you’ll be learning how to design your first year of marriage to maximize the potential of this time and build a solid foundation for your home.
Week 3 Beliefs & a New Model
Every marriage has a little negativity. What do we do about it? At this point, you’ve been observing your thoughts and the results they are creating, now is the fun part where we deal with the question, “What if I don’t like what my brain keeps telling me?”
Week 4 But His Socks Are Still on The Floor
In this class, you’re going to get some major lightbulb moments about what makes your husband DO all that STUFF that drives you crazy! (And what to do about it!)
Week 5 Love It All Up
This week’s class is all about intimacy and unconditional love to create a deep partnership between you as a couple. We’ll also deal with what we do when our husbands don’t meet our expectations.
Week 6 Resentment
Nobody likes to admit it, but resentment can show up in the best marriages. I’ll teach you how resentment is actually an amazing tool for creating self-awareness and personal growth, and what to do if you need something you aren’t getting.
Week 7 Communication Masterclass
In this brand new class, we’ll be diving into communication–not just how to avoid the common mistakes, but also how to actually thrive and take advantage of your unique communication styles.

If you’re a newly married Jewish woman, this course is for you. For the newlyweds in your life, please let them know (or treat them to the gift!)
