Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients

confectioners' sugar
(3½ cups)
⅓
cup
boiling water
2
oz
bittersweet chocolate
2
tsp
corn syrup
2-4
tsp
cocoa powder
Instructions
Place the confectioners' sugar in a bowl. Slowly add the boiling water and mix. Melt the chocolate with the corn syrup, and mix with white icing. Add the cocoa to get the dark chocolate color.
