Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar (3½ cups)
- ⅓ cup boiling water
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 2 tsp corn syrup
- 2-4 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Place the confectioners' sugar in a bowl. Slowly add the boiling water and mix. Melt the chocolate with the corn syrup, and mix with white icing. Add the cocoa to get the dark chocolate color.
