Nut-Free Granola
Ingredients
1½
cups
oats
(old fashioned or quick)
2
tbsp
whole wheat flour
(or any flour)
1½
cups
Rice Krispies cereal
½
cup
chocolate chips
¼
cup
brown sugar
3
tbsp
honey
3
tbsp
oil
1
tsp
vanilla sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients. You can do this in a bowl, or even better, directly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool. Break into chunks. Store room temperature in a container or Ziplock bag. You can also freeze it.
