Pesach Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 ½ cups ketchup
- ⅓ cup vinegar (apple cider or another type)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey, silan, or maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp paprika or smoked paprika
- 6 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Store in a container in the refrigerator and use as needed.
