Red Cabbage Salad with Sumac

shredded red cabbage

red onion,
thinly sliced

parsley leaves,
chopped
Dressing:

sugar

tsp
salt

tsp
sumac

tbsp
lemon juice
2
tbsp
oil

tbsp
vinegar
Instructions
Combine cabbage, onion and parsley in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients. Toss to combine. Serve.
