Basic Grilled Chicken Marinade
Ingredients

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

Dijon mustard

cloves garlic,
minced

tsp
sugar

tsp
onion powder
pinch
paprika
(regular or smoked)
½
tsp each
oregano, basil, rosemary and thyme

kosher salt

tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Whisk together and pour over chicken cutlets in a Ziploc bag. Let marinate at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving/slicing.
