Dip the chicken cutlets in duck sauce, press both sides into the crispy onions, and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350ºF for 30 - 45 minutes, until the desired doneness.
Notes
For easier prep, sprinkle the crispy onions on the lined baking sheet, place chicken coated in duck sauce on top, and sprinkle with additional crispy onions.
