Crunchy Broccoli Slaw with Kale
Ingredients

broccoli slaw

kale,
finely chopped
2
cups
red cabbage
2
tbsp
sunflower seeds
2
tbsp
sliced almonds
Pomegranate seeds,
optional
Dressing:
2
tbsp
olive oil
⅓
cup
lemon juice
2
tsp
Dijon mustard
2
tsp
honey
½
tsp
salt
Instructions
Combine salad ingredients in a bowl (the only ingredient that needs some chopping is the kale, but that is quick).
Whisk together dressing ingredients.
Toss to combine.
