Imitation Cabbage and Noodles
A real Hungarian side dish. It's sacred to serve cabbage and noodles in most Hungarian homes. Not to miss out, here is a version for Pesach too.

Ingredients

large onions,
diced
3 - 4
tbsp
oil

kohlrabi,
peeled and shredded

Pesach crepe leaves
salt and pepper,
to taste
Instructions
Sauté onions in oil for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded kohlrabi and cook until very soft.
Meanwhile cut the crepes into small squares.
Add to the sautéed onions and kohlrabi. Season with salt and pepper.
