Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the flaxseed meal in a small bowl and add water. Mix and set aside. You will use it later.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine coconut oil and sugars. Using the paddle attachment, mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix to incorporate. Slowly add flour, oats, cinnamon, brewers yeast, baking soda, and salt. Mix and add the flaxseed mixture. Mix until combined. Add chocolate chips, almonds, and Craisins and mix until just combined.
Using a small bit of cookie dough at a time, roll balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 11 to 12 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack. These cookies freeze well.
