1 lb chicken cutlets, cut into small “stir-fry” pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 large Spanish onion
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Pinch Busy Chicken Blend

Israeli Salad
Garlic Mayo Dip
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, 5-7 minutes. Add salt and Pinch Busy Chicken Blend and stir to combine.
Cook spices with onion for 1 more minute, until fragrant. Add chicken and mix, until chicken is white and cooked through.
Stuff chicken into pitas and enjoy immediately, on their own or with Israeli salad and a garlic mayo dip.
