This plum sauce tastes fabulous. It freezes well and can be doubled and tripled. Just expect the cooking time longer.

Ingredients
4large plums
½small red onion,finely diced
1tbspoil
2tbspsugar
¼cuporange juice
1tspsalt
1pinchcrushed black pepper
Instructions
Peel and dice the plums. Set aside.
Sauté the onion in oil on high for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and cook for a minute. Add the diced plums and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the orange juice, salt and pepper. Cook on high for 10 minutes or until plums are soft.
Notes
I use it as a dipping sauce or as a sauce to bake chicken in. You can also season ribs with spices. Bake covered for 1 ½ hours, glaze with the sauce and bake uncovered for ½ hour.
