A delicious very moist easy chicken dinner which was a huge hit with the adults and children alike. And best of all no frying-great combination! This is from the cookbook Kosher Elegance by Efrat Lobfroind. I baked it longer than the original recipe called for. You can serve this with any sauce on the side. I made a sweet chili sauce-WOW!

Ingredients
8chicken breasts
¾cupflour
3eggs
1 - 2tsp salt
1tsp paprika
1clove garlic,crushed
1tbspmustard
crushed potato chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Prepare 3 bowls.
Place flour in the first bowl. Crush potato chips into small pieces and place in the second bowl. Beat the eggs with the rest of the ingredients in the third bowl.
Cut chicken breasts into thin strips (about 1 inch). Dip each piece into flour then egg mixture and finally in potato chips. Coat very well.
Place on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
