Shnitzel Nuggets
Ingredients

lb
chicken cutlets,
cut into cubes
Batter:
1
cup
potato starch
1
tsp
salt
1
tbsp
paprika
½
cup
water
2
tsp
oil
2
eggs
1
tsp
baking powder
Instructions
Mix the batter ingredients together.
Pat chicken dry and dip into batter. Fry on both sides until golden and ready.
Serve with a dipping sauce.
Notes
* The baking powder is optional, but if you use it it add a lot to the batter.
