As a parent of a kallah or chosson, getting ready for a wedding is no simple feat. You don’t need to do it alone. Rachel Schreiber of ‘Walking You to Your Simcha’ helps baalei simcha experience the process with ease.
It’s a joyous time. It’s a special time. It’s also a very stressful time. To do lists and emotions that never seem to end. Does marrying off a child need to really be like this? Or, can it be an incredible experience?
Over the years, over and over again, life coach and mentor Rachel Schreiber would hear from mothers (mostly, mothers of the kallah) post-wedding about their big regret: they were so busy and overwhelmed with the technical details, that they missed out on the heart and core of the day. They were so stressed that they couldn’t enjoy the experience and beauty of marrying off a child.
A mothers job preparing for a wedding is hard (and we know, everything mostly falls on the mother, not the kallah herself). And you want to do it right, have everything and all technical details under control, while also having the presence of mind to tune into the momentous ruchnius aspects of the day. There’s a lot to handle.
Rachel decided to do something about it: She created a wedding plan to help mothers focus, handle the technical aspects with ease, while also helping them tune in both emotionally and spiritually.
“The wedding is a mere few hours of celebration. It’s an opportunity! You don’t want to miss that. With the right mindset and preparation, you can make the most of it and experience the deep personal connection to Hakadosh Baruch Hu. While you whisper words of prayer, your heart will burst with gratitude and joy!” Rachel tells us.
So how does she help get you there with equanimity? Through a series of Zoom meetings, Rachel takes you through the steps of wedding preparation. You will gain clarity where there is confusion (how to handle a difficult relative?). You will gain focus on what really matters. And you will have your hand held on figuring out the technical aspects so you can breeze through them. Rachel provides her clients with a booklet including all a wealth of knowledge, lists and practical planning tips.
Rachel has helped hundreds of women through her unique “wedding curriculum” and she wants to help you too. She has seen it all and can guide you with wisdom and practical tips. Become a “Baal Simcha,” the owner of simcha, on your special day!

To my exclusivity. At the wedding I felt an outpouring of love, gratefulness, prayer and joy as I greeted the guests, danced with the bride and prayed with all my being. I felt connected like never before. To my child, my family, my guests and ultimately and so powerfully, to the Almighty. Thank you Rachel.” M.G.
My friend had hired Rachel when she made her third wedding and told me it made her whole simcha run much smoother than her previous ones. So I hired her for my first wedding and was so grateful I did! She had lists of everything I need to do, advice for so many things and I went into a very overwhelming ‘tekufa’ with much more organization in my mind. I highly recommend her!
