What Was Between Carpools Role in Writing Best of Kosher?
We’re one of the authors, of course, and some of us are individual authors too. All of the 13 authors are co-authors of this book, but we had the opportunity to bring everyone together, make sure the selection of recipes was well-balanced (we know you like there to be enough easy recipes), and interview everyone! We also prepped, styled, photographed, and designed to bring about the final, beautiful product.
