The Ultimate Returns Hack

What if you could drop all the items that have to be returned outside your door…and watch the refunds come in? This return hack is a must-try.

This is a judgment free zone, but we’re going to ask you a question, and we need you to answer honestly. Have you ever totally forgotten about a return from an online purchase? Got bogged down by a company’s return policy and gave up? Have you ever started the return process but realized your printer was out of ink? The toddler used up all the shipping tape? Have you ever had a box sitting by your door that you were going to drive to return this week that never made it past the front hall?

We’ve ALL done it! We’ve all bought items online with the best of intentions and just couldn’t get through the return process. And even when we remember and do it all, there’s no denying that the process is super time-consuming.

Ready for the ultimate hack? ReturnQueen!

Of course, we had to try it out for ourselves to give you the run-down on how the service works.

1. First, you download the ReturnQueen app, and create an account. It takes a couple minutes to initially set up your account, including linking your email.

2. Once your account is created, any online orders you placed with that email automatically come into your account. In the app, you can choose to sort your orders by retailer, date they have to be returned, or price.

3. Next, click the order you want to return. Pick as many orders as you want, from as many stores as you want! That’s right, bundle the dress from Bloomingdale’s, the sneakers from Zappo’s, and the toy from Amazon all together.

4. For your first pick up, place the items in any bag or box, set a time for pick up. After your first pickup, ReturnQueen will leave you a reusable purple bag to use for your next pickup. If you have questions, their customer service is amazing. Reach out and a representative will be able to help with any questions you have.

And, that is literally it! No boxing. No printing. No driving to the post office, UPS store, and Fedex drop-off location. ReturnQueen picks up your bag and sends the right items (with the right labels) to their respective stores…and you get the refund. You process the returns from your phone on the couch, and that’s it. Done!

Even our more skeptical team members that were team ‘What’s the big deal? We can manage our own returns!’ jumped on the ReturnQueen train once they saw how much time they saved, and realized how nice it was to not have ‘to be returned’ piles in the front closet!

No more missing return dates, no more boxing (and boxing and boxing), no more labeling and no more driving. Try ReturnQueen free for the first month using code RQCARPOOLS and watch those refunds roll in!

Do they handle returns for only major retailers or heimish stores as well

Yes. ReturnQueen is like a returns concierge. Any order that has a return label can be picked up, packaged and sent out for you.

How do you know you are protected from scammers if they have complete access to your email? Also they see every order you make so there’s no privacy….

ReturnQueen is Google certified. Only purchase info gets imported to a secure database.

What does Google certified mean? Google doesn’t certify anyone’s cybersecurity practices. And what proof do they have about the above claim that only purchase info gets imported? And how are they securing their user information and their database data?
