I’ve been trusting this little beauty product for longer than I would admit.
I know that lots of BCP readers appreciate the great advice and picks from expert makeup artists like in these posts. I appreciate the advice too, even though I’m personally very low maintenance. I don’t own or wear a lot of makeup, but, of course, we all want to feel pretty on a daily basis. Ever since I’m a teenager, I’ve found that there’s one product I keep going back to. I pair this product with a bronzer and blush and I’m good to go on 98% of days. It’s about time I reveal this little secret to the BCP community.
A tiny little dot of Clinique’s Beyond Perfecting Super Concealer Camouflage simply makes skin look perfect and even. You don’t need to have anything to actually conceal (although it’s great for teens too), but it still helps achieve that right skin tone. And you just need a tiny bit.
I always hear those makeup artists in department stores (the ones that sell the makeup) say, “Oh this foundation is so light, it’s like wearing nothing.” I never found smearing something all over my skin to be practical for every day. This is way, way lighter, and way more natural. (I have not tried the coordinating foundation).
Recently, I tried to get away with a cheaper option when my last tube ran out. Why spend over $20 when I could buy something for $5? It was not the same, not at all. The Clinique Concealer simply does the job right. Makeup looks so much better when this goes on first. And even though it’s small, it really lasts a long time (like almost a year), even if you use it every day.
It comes in lots of shades to pair perfectly with each type of skin. It’s ok to go a shade darker (I use one of the “moderately fair” shades).
There’s a bunch of places you can get it. I included different options here since they all have different advantages. Some places will ship quicker, others offer a better price.
How can I figure out my shade? Thanks!
If you’re close but not exact it won’t make a difference.
It’s only $12 at Sephora now????
Is it good for sensitive skin?
Do you put this on your whole face? Or only places that need coverage?
Not the whole face. Just some areas, like around the nose, etc.
I also would love to hear how to figure out my shade. Thanks!
Sephora has a great tool for figuring out your shade. You type in some other make up products you’ve bought and they tell you which Which shade to buy for this product
Thank you!
This is out of stock on Ulta and Sephora now, do you have new links?
