Now, at Between Carpools, we absolutely love it when we hear about entrepreneurial women brainstorming new, unique ideas. And this concept, which definitely makes a mom’s life easier when trying to pull together a nice simcha, is the type that gets us excited. So we were very interested in hearing about Chayala S.’s inspiration behind Parfetty.
“I started by designing Purim labels…word got out and within two weeks, I had made Purim labels for 100 families, and it grew from there. That’s where I saw there was a big demand for custom-designed items for both Purim and simchas. After Purim, I began designing party logos and the upsherins, bas mitzvahs, and baby kiddushes followed. Customers would ask me for help coordinating all aspects of their party to match the items I was designing…it was as if I was their party planner!”
