Lieber’s has been making Pesach with us forever! It’s their products that we toss in our carts time and time again: we know we can expect fresh ingredients and a delicious taste.
That’s why we were so excited to see their third annual Pesach 2025 cookbook. We knew from previous years that we could expect delicious, accessible recipes. This year’s recipes are really current and fresh!
This year, Lieber’s featured lots of recipe developers you’ll recognize and has recipes you’re going to incorporate in every section of your menu.
What we’re eyeing? Sina Mizrahi’s Moroccan Olives for a new dip, Amy Stopnicki’s Tangy Glazed Skirt Steak Salad for a showstopping appetizer, Rivky Kleiman’s Special Occasion French Roast for a new take on a classic, Ahuva Gottdiener’s Roasted Broccoli with Lemony Almond ‘Tahini’ for a fresh vegetable side, and Kay Robyn Ashkenazi’s Date-Walnut Biscotti, because there’s never enough baked goods!
Some recipes are super simple, like the Quick & Easy Pumpkin Soup, and some are spotlight-worthy, like the Beef Satay with Almond Butter DIpping Sauce.
