It’s called an agamograph and your children will love coloring and folding this accordion-style Chanukah coloring page to make their own version!
An agamograph is a photo that’s folded like an accordion. When you look one way, you see one image. When you look the other way, you see something else.
Now your kids can jumpstart the Chanukah season by coloring their own! This version can be folded and there’s minimal cutting and glueing needed. They can start right now!
An agamograph needs to be long, so this one will be printed on two sheets of 8.5 x 11-inch paper and then glued together.

Simply cut along the cut lines – only the borders noted by the scissors.

Then, glue the two pages together for one continuous image.

Then, fold the picture like an accordion on the lines. You can use a ruler to hold against the paper to help with a neat fold. )

It’s perhaps more fun to color this than a regular picture as it’s a little bit more challenging as only every-other-strip belongs together. ( We added little dots on top to help guide you.)

Some will find it easier to color it first and cut and fold when done.

Once they’re done coloring, lift it up and hold it from one angle. You see one image.

Turn it the other way and you see the other one!

For younger children who might have a hard time coloring and folding, we prepared these images as regular Chanukah Coloring Pages. You can download that here.

Thank you! Kids made it today! Came out adorable!
Am I the only one who is getting super dizzy from these pictures? Time for bed for me
