After enjoying my first two closets, I went back to Closetry Custom Closets to finish the rest!
Last June, I introduced you to Closetry Custom Closets and shared the process of overhauling my Master Bedroom and a Mudroom Closets. You can read all about it over here!
Those two closets were just a small taste.
Now, this year, I was ready to come back to Closetry for the rest!
First, I had been so happy working with them–everything was so seamless and easy and each closet had been made to perfection.
Second, I really enjoyed the convenience and quality of my new closets! Honestly, it was blissful to be able to have a perfect place for everything and for the closets to actually look pretty (whether opened or closed). They made me happy every time I put something anyway, from when I hung a backpack on a hook in the “mud closet,” to having so much more functional space in my own closet.
This time, I was ready for a more functional and pretty storage, coat, and linen closets. I also wanted to move my children and teens past the wire shelving-and-plastic-drawers phase of life. It was about time!
Here are the renderings for my downstairs closets and a couple of the kids’ closets. Levi Wulliger, the founder of Closetry, comes to measure and see the space and has the most functional ideas to maximize each space. Then, the rendering phase was super quick and easy. I described my needs for each closet–I wanted lots of little cubbies in the middle of the coat closet (hats, koracha/tallis bags, etc.) and in the storage closet, I wanted to get in as much shelving as possible, with a tall spot for cleaning supplies.
Closetry pretty much nailed it. We tweaked the renderings just a bit (a few more inches here, an extra shelf or two there) and we were set!
Because Closetry has its own manufacturing factory right in Toms River, everything is custom made quickly, precisely, and the pricing is excellent too. There’s so much value.
I even got to pick some custom wood trims that really added a lot of beauty.
The designs were finalized and finally, installation day arrived! Closetry arrived right on time. Looks like a great day for new closets (I can stay home and organize after.)
Here’s all those new drawers for the kids’ closets lined up in the hallway.
Are you ready to see some transformations? First, let’s contrast. Some befores and after maybe?
These were the two closets in my downstairs hallway. That extra double door storage closet is a real bonus, and when I moved into this house, I really appreciated it, wire shelving and all.
Yes, it was organized even though it looks ugly. Cleaning supplies. Lots of platters/serveware. Seasonal stuff on top. Before Closetry.
And before I even turned around, I saw this! Wow! Is that my closet? Now, let’s organize ;).
This is my storage closet now! Instead of opening it and feeling “ugh,” I open it and just want to stay and look. I love this space.
And I love the details.
My coat closet was also transformed just as I imagined (except that it came out even prettier than I imagined).
My upstairs childrens bedrooms also got their closet makeovers.
What’s next on my Closetry agenda? Perhaps a laundry room? A butler’s pantry in that empty pocket of space near my pantry? Some bookcases? I guess we’ll see next time. Meanwhile, I have lots and lots of new space to enjoy and closets to reorganize.
Here’s some more great Closetry creations–some mudrooms, master bedrooms, and great laundry rooms!
Now you see why Closetry takes you from Chaos to Calm. There’s so much calm when there’s functional and neat storage space!
