This one fits the bigger roll from Costco!
Back in 2019, we shared this storage idea for garbage bags from Ida Levy. For many years, this bin has worked really well for many of you. In my laundry room, I have a bin like this in an upper cabinet and it’s great.
But in my kitchen, I keep my garbage bags under my sink, so I didn’t find it practical for two reasons. The first is because this method dispenses most smoothly if you’re pulling the bag straight out of the handle cutout, and not so well when you’re pulling upward. And the other reason is because I can’t stack anything on top of it.

I finally came across a different style bin that seems to be made for exactly this purpose. AND it fits the bigger size rolls I buy from Costco. The bags dispense easily from the open side, and the inset lid is the perfect place to keep a roll of paper towels and spray bottle of kitchen cleanser.

For some reason, the cabinet under the kitchen sink is the most challenging space for me to organize and finally there’s one product down there that just makes sense!
This is expensive! I literally just got one for $3 in the bullseye section in Target. Check it out!
