wet brush

by Leah Schapira | December 23, 2020 | 12 comment(s)

Does Your Daughter Complain That It Hurts When You Brush Her Hair?

Some of you know this for years, but if your daughter is still complaining then here’s the solution: get a Wet Brush!

I know that many of you have been relying on it for years and years. It’s “the” brush. But there are lots of people out there that haven’t yet caught on!

A few weeks ago, while brushing my daughter’s hair, she commented, “Ma, it doesn’t hurt.”

And since lots of people share that their daughters complain and complain when it’s time for hair brushing, why not share this simple secret?

The Wet Brush works great for wet hair after the shower (or after pool time), and it’s also great for dry hair. I don’t know what their secret formula is, but it glides through hair and detangles without pulling out hair.

If you use the Wet Brush and you (or your daughters) love it, please comment below so we can all be in the know.

Thank you for this post! It’s a nightmare to brush my kids hair because they say it hurts! I’ll be ordering one of these.

Awesome for brushing hair and sheitel. I’ve found that Marshall’s and TJMaxx tend to stock them and to carry them for less than amazon – as in $5 rather than $10.

Great product! My daughters have really curly hair and it's a huge help. I recommend brushing the hair out again with a regular brush after using the wet brush because it tends to tame the knots but not remove them.

For us, it doesn’t eliminate complaints but sure does reduce them!
My girls also have curly hair that is easily knotted and using the Wet Brush on wet hair (with some conditioner preferably) is the most guaranteed way to make it quick and relatively painless. We also use it exclusively
I find it also helps to have a favorite brush as it cuts down on the number of hair supplies we have and keeps it organized. When it combs to brushed, there are the two purple wet brushes, a comb or two for the occasional part/ use in styling and thats it

I was actually skeptical about these because I’ve tried so many brushes, but I’ve only had a wet brush for two days and I’m already blown away. Wow m! Mm

Does anyone know if these are good for brushing out wigs? Any better than any random brush?
