Help Your Daughter Prepare for All Her Personal Needs

Keeping a cute little pouch of personal necessities in her backpack can spare a young lady from an embarrassing situation.

There was a great basketball game at gym class today and everyone had a great time burning off some energy. But it’s time for class and nobody is feeling – or smelling – very fresh. This is the moment when that stash of personal items becomes a deal-breaker; deodorant and/or body wipes determine who the real winner of the game is!

Some girls are always prepared for an emergency and some are never. With a little planning and this list of suggestions, your daughter will be the one who can face any situation that comes up with confidence.

To start, she needs a pouch or two to hold these necessities. Maybe split them between a locker and a backpack depending on when she might need to use these items.

And then choose any relevant items from this list or anything else she can think of!

Looks like a good list but how can she be discreet about it in school without being embarrassed? So many ppl around

Whats there to be embarrassed of?
Everyone is going through the same things and I feel if everyone was a little more open in front of their fellow high schoolmates, everyone would be more comfortable

Yes, but they are at the age where that generally is just the way it is! As they get older they learn it’s natural and normal…

This is a great list and very thoughtful, but please, please remove the gum! For many teens, it is way too tempting to have a package of gum and refrain from chewing in class – which is against school rules and not respectful. Maybe replace with listerine strips.

It’s a cute idea, but it takes up so much space
