And they are so perfect for summer (or anytime, especially if you have young children)
Disposables are expensive. Also, you really would like to treat our planet a bit better and create less waste. But, on the other hand, real dishes are not an option right now, the children are too young and you don’t want to be stressed with the thought of plates breaking.
This is where melamine dishes are the perfect solution. They are light, reusable, washable, pretty and safe. They’re perfect to pack along to picnics, perfect for BBQ’s (think little kids walking around carrying plates), and perfect for schlepping to your summer home. Because, it’s not a shlep at all. There’s no need to wrap, just pile them up and literally throw into a bag or a box.
It also helps that melamine has bec0me so chic lately. Have a look!
