All my tips and tricks to a successful Shein order here, plus what’s in my cart for spring.
Here’s the thing: I love a well-dressed kid PLUS I love not spending money PLUS I love not having to worry if clothing gets ruined PLUS I must have the option to return EQUALS… Shein. Because while shopping on Shein is quite literally looking for a needle in a haystack, armed with these tips, it’s worth the search. Here’s how to find the pieces that make shopping worthwhile, without the overwhelm.
- Search the item you’re looking for, or go to the right category. Scroll, scroll, scroll, find your favorite. Zoom in to make sure the material doesn’t look too cheap, then either add to cart (I usually do in 2 sizes), or scroll down on the product page for recommended items. Once I find one piece I like, I almost always find another one or two from the related products. Searching, simplified!
- Take advantage of coupons. During the checkout process, you can click a coupon link. I almost always get at least 20% off the (already super cheap) listed prices. No, this doesn’t affect their…
- FREE RETURNS! The process is a bit tedious, you’ll have to indicate each and every item you want to return and why, but it’s doable. You have 30 days to return everything that didn’t work. Which is why…
- I buy more than less. The quality is a hit or miss. I’ve had some dresses that looked brand new at the end of the season, and dresses that felt like they were going to fall apart when I took them out of the package. For every win, I probably buy 4-6 items I return, in 2 sizes each. It’s a bit of a job, but worth it for that gorgeous win that I spent $5 on.

Which part do you find hard? They always have free returns unless an item is marked specifically as no return.

You could use the Techloq image filter – you can see the clothes but it blurs the skin. Sounds strange but it works!
