These sunscreens really protect and fill All your needs.
Most of us at the BCP team grew up in an age where tanned skin was something we wanted and slathering baby oil before baking in the sun for hours was not uncommon.
But, no more. We have come a long way. And we now know the importance of applying sun lotion daily. We have learned about the dangers of the sun’s rays and are raising awareness within our own daughters and sons, urging them to apply sunscreen daily as well, especially during the spring and summer months. But, are all sunscreens the same? Which sunscreens do the Between Carpools Team use and love?
When choosing a sunscreen, Dermatologists recommend those that feature zinc oxide as an active ingredient. Zinc oxide effectively blocks all parts of the UV spectrum, including both ultraviolet A (UVA) and B (UVB) radiation. Zinc oxide also very gentle on the skin and is less likely to cause irritation–and while it does often rub on white, there are clear or almost clear versions on the market too.
When searching for the right sunscreens to protect ourselves and our families, these are the ones we choose for a variety of uses.
