Do you buy sheets of eggs instead of cartons? This can help keep the eggs protected in your fridge while taking up less space.
I rarely have more than a couple dozen eggs in my fridge. Unless I’m planning to bake; that’s when I’ll buy a couple extra. But they’re always in a carton.
Except at Pesach time. Those 15 dozen boxes – or even the 30 dozen cases – are definitely a money saver when we’re using so many eggs in a short time.
But I really struggled with the sheets. They take up so much precious fridge space and there’s that constant worry that the eggs will break. A couple of years ago, I decided to deal with the problem.
These egg trays hold 14 eggs each, and have a lid which makes them stackable. Now I can keep (almost) a sheet in my fridge, but protected and in the space of just a couple of cartons. I couldn’t believe it took me that long to figure it out – and I decided you need these in your life, too!
(When ordering, you can choose different sizes that can hold more eggs. Pick the one that works best for your family. But get two so you can stack them. That’s the best part.)

Yes. You first buy a dozen egss or 2 in a regular egg carton. And when those are done you save that carton.
