Bring your Chanukah party table to life with these tempting party breads! They’re easy to prepare and will be gone within minutes.
We know we don’t need to say much because these photos pretty much ensure that you’ll want to serve a buffet of party breads at your party. So, shall we get right to the instructions? You’ll need the long baguettes that are sold in the bakery section of your local supermarket.
First, slice the breads on an angle, about 1 ½ inches apart. Slice again on an angle in the opposite direction. Then simply stuff the toppings into the crevices! See instructions for specific breads below.
Pizza Bread Add: Pizza or marinara sauce; tomatoes cut into chunks; 8 ounces shredded cheese (or more). Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
Mushroom Bread Add: 3 Portobello mushrooms, diced and sauteed with a large diced onion until soft; Prepared pesto; shredded cheese. Drizzle the top with olive oil. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
Falafel Bread
Toast bread for a few minutes after slicing if desired. Fill with fresh falafel balls (you can cut them in half), Israeli salad, and lots of drizzled techina.
Olive Bread Add: Mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, olives, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle top with olive oil. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
Goat Cheese Bread
Add: 5-6 ounces goat cheese, caramelized onions, and sliced Pink Lady apples. Drizzle top with olive oil on top. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
