Breaded Eggplant Sticks with Marinara Sauce
Nachos (from Dairy Made Easy)
Mini Pitas filled with Falafel, Diced Cucumber, Tomato and Techina

Greek Yogurt Cups (topped with nuts, granola, fruit, and silan).
Panini Station
The “Make-Your-Own” Panini Station was a real hit with the kids. Set up one or two Panini Makers and have everyone choose what they like to put inside their sandwich. Some great combinations include avocado+onion+cheese, tuna+cheese, grilled vegetables +marinara sauce, or pesto + mushrooms + feta cheese.
