Do You Struggle With Arranging Flowers? This Vase Can Help.

These vases are both gorgeous and inexpensive, and they make it easy to arrange flowers!

This past summer, specifically erev Rosh Hashanah, so yes, more like the end of summer, as I was arranging my flowers for Yom Tov, I came to a realization: I own a crazy amount of vases that I accumulated over the years. They are all different, and the most I have in the same set is probably 3. Some do mix and match but most…don’t. Right there and then I decided that I need to own the same vase in 4-5 pieces, so that the look can be cohesive and cleaner. So the flowers I was about to arrange went back into the water bucket and instead of crossing that task off my list I promptly created a new task for myself: “buy new vases.”

What is it with us, women, and adding to our already long to do lists, instead of getting things done?

Sure enough, Amazon had the nicest selections. This vase caught my eye and I ordered it, figuring that if it didn’t work out well I could always return it.

The vases arrived the very next day and not only were they prettier in real life, they were practical too. What do I mean by practical?

This vase does all the work for you. The shape holds the flowers. You don’t need a huge amount of blooms to make a statement, and the opening is small enough that the stems are supported and don’t need to be set in. (Some vases, with wide openings, need some strategic help and tools in order to hold the flowers well. Nothing was needed here)

The purchase was a success, and throughout the year I found myself reaching for these vases time  and again. They work well with literally any flower. From roses, to tulips, to anemones.

If you break into a sweat every time that you are about to put flowers into a vase, this is for you: Start by placing one row of blooms and then add as you like. You can also only fill one side for a modern look.

Let the images speak for themselves!

Tulips are one of my favorite flowers, and they look incredible here.

One bunch per vase, remove some outer leaves (see full instructions here) and you are done.

Sometime later in the year I added this set of 3 coordinating vases and later, these bud vases. I like that all of these mix and match and work really well together.

And the best part? You don’t need a ton of flowers to make that impression.
