- 1 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oil, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Add flour, salt, and baking soda and continue to mix. Fold in nuts, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into 2 logs and transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Slice, then return to the oven for 5 minutes.

FYI after baking and slicing I needed to return to the oven for 20-30mins. So yummy

Would like to say 20 mins was long enough. After that got too brown.

Great recipe! Easy and fast. I usually separate the dough into 3 logs to fit better on the baking sheet. Also, i skip the fillings and just sprinkle the top with cinnamon and sugar.
