All it takes is one simple idea to make your challah a centerpiece on Rosh Hashanah. Honey
With all the baking that I do, when it comes to Rosh Hashanah, my annual go-to is this Golden Honey Challah.

I usually top it with golden sugar crystals, but any topping is fine.

It’s simply to make. Simply add 8 4-ounce balls of challah to a disposable bundt pan.

The balls don’t need to be touching when you insert them. They’ll rise to form the complete shape.

Then, simply place a small dish of honey in the center when serving.
