In a perfect world, you prep that family pack of chicken, freezing each amount in the spices and marinade you need for each recipe. But what if you didn’t?
You had good intentions when you bought that family pack of chicken cutlets on sale. You really did. It was a good deal and you knew you could divide it up into 2 or even 3 family dinners, cut into the size you need, spice or marinate, and then freeze.
And yes, if you did that it would have been a pleasure every time you can just pull that chicken out of the freezer and cook or bake fresh.
It’s still a good idea.

But what if you didn’t? If you didn’t, chances are that you just stuck that family pack into the freezer. You might have a pack of chicken in there now. And what do you do?
Thaw the whole thing? But it will take too long and you don’t need all of it. Or, maybe you do need all of it and you forgot to take it out in time to thaw.

You can still use it to prepare dinner in time! Simply slice the frozen chicken into thin slices.

Sprinkle with salt. This will make it thaw faster.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly the chicken is ready to be used.

Now we’re ready to cook!
What are you making with your thawed chicken?
It might be the Tasted-Like-Fried Cornflake Schnitzel, the BBQ Glazed Chicken, or the Charred Chicken Wraps from Dinner Done 2.
